Nothing after 12 weeks of continuous assignment. Before that, a pre-agreed conversion fee applies — it is always itemised on your rate card, never a surprise.
We do. Wages, holiday pay, pension, statutory deductions and timesheet chasing are all handled by Flexos, with a single consolidated invoice per week.
